Mr. Ike Osakwe
ChairmanIke Osakwe, is an Oxford University graduate and a Chartered Accountant registered in both the UK and Nigeria. Ike was educated at Kings College Lagos, Marlborough College Wiltshire, and Balliol College Oxford. With over 30 years of management consulting experience, Ike is acknowledged as an expert in public sector structures and processes. Ike has carried out corporate and organizational reform assignments all over Nigeria and within the African sub-continent.
Ike sits on the Board of a number of quoted companies in Nigeria and has served on several public commissions, which have been charged with the task of introducing necessary efficiencies into the operations of key government parastatals.
Mr. Oti Ikomi
Exec. Vice-Chairman & CEOOti Ikomi, is a Business Leader, Infrastructure Developer and Banker with over 35 years of business experience, covering over 30 countries in Africa. Oti was the founding CEO of Keystone Bank and has Senior Bank Executive experience gained at Citibank, Standard Bank of South Africa and Ecobank Transnational.
Oti has earlier manufacturing experience with Eastman Kodak and Unilever, and vast expertise in Corporate Banking, Transactional Banking and Project Finance. Oti obtained a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York, and is an Elected Member of Tau Beta Pi – National American Engineering Honour Society and Omega Rho – International Operations Research Honour Society. Strong knowledge and relationships in Nigeria and Africa. Earlier manufacturing experience with Eastman Kodak and Unilever.
Mr. Tunde Akerele

Mr. Uche Okoli
DirectorUche Okoli is an accomplished lawyer with 20 years corporate/commercial and financial transactional experience. Uche combines this with senior cross-functional management ‘know how’ spanning legal, human resources and administration, gained from positions in legal practice in large corporations.
Uche obtained an MA jurisprudence degree from Oxford University and an LLM from the London School of Economics. Uche trained at Linklater’s and worked in-house for large institutions including Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young and UBS Investment Bank. Uche is our Lead on Legal
